Terms and Conditions

• Fees for work may be agreed
  1. as an all-inclusive price,
  2. according to the number of words, lines or pages, or
  3. on the basis of the actual time required.
• Translation fees include any subsequent proofreading.
• The standard line consists of 55 characters.
• The minimum fee for translation and editorial services equals 20 standard lines or 30 minutes work.
• Fees for voiceover recordings are by agreement with the recording studio, the producer or the client.
• There is a 50% surcharge for jobs involving work at weekends and on public holidays.
• Please confirm all telephone orders in writing (e-mail).
• All net fees are subject to VAT.
• Payment is requested 21 days net.
• All queries and complaints about work done will be dealt with immediately.
